MiaNailz Cancellation Policy At MiaNailz, we value our clients and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged a $50 fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service to accommodate the next scheduled client. Deposits & Refunds: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for bookings. Deposits will be applied to the total service cost but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with insufficient notice. Emergency & Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. By booking an appointment with MiaNailz, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
